Where should we deliver?Delivery zonesWe deliver inside marked zones around the kitchen, and the pin on your address is what we check against. Each zone has its own delivery fee. If your pin falls outside every zone we cannot deliver there — move the pin or add another address.
Preferred delivery time
We use this time whenever the kitchen offers it on your delivery day; otherwise the first window of that day.
How would you like to pay?How you will be billed“Pay each week” sends you an invoice every week which you settle by transfer or PromptPay. “Prepaid package” is paid once up front and drawn down week by week. Automatic card payment charges a saved card, and is only offered once card payments are switched on.
When should we start?When we startLeave the date empty and we start on the soonest delivery day you can still choose meals for. Pick a date and that day is the first delivery day of your first week.
We will start on the soonest day we can deliver.
What happens after this
- We open each week in your account with that week's menu.
- You pick your meals before the deadline shown on the week.
- Press Submit my week before the deadline. A week you do not submit is not made or delivered, unless the shop has set your plan to fill it for you.If you do not chooseA week is made and delivered once you press Submit my week. If the deadline passes and you have not submitted it, no order is made for that week and the shop is told, so they can get in touch. If the shop has set your plan to fill your week for you, we choose the meals at the deadline and deliver as usual. Fill for me picks meals for you now, guided by what you have chosen before; check them, then submit.
