Ordering

An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation message. Prices, delivery fees and any discount are shown in full before you confirm, and the total you see is the total you pay.

Delivery

We deliver inside the zones and windows shown at checkout. If nobody is there, the driver follows the instructions on your address and records what happened.

Subscriptions

A plan renews on its cycle until you cancel. You may change meals, skip, pause or cancel up to the cut-off shown on the cycle; after that the kitchen has already bought and prepared for you and the cycle is charged.

Payment

Payment is due before delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If something is wrong

Tell us the same day and we will put it right — a replacement, a credit or a refund, whichever suits you.

Food safety

Meals are cooked to order and chilled. Keep them refrigerated, eat by the date on the label, and reheat until piping hot.
